About Your Order

  • What is my order status? And what does my order status mean?

We update your order step by step, till you have your package and are ready to dress in happiness. Unfulfilled – Your order is being prepared by our team. Fulfilled “Confirmed” – Your package is dispatched to the shipping company. Tracking “In Transit” – Your package is in transit and heading your way!

  • When can I expect my order?

The delivery time will be calculated on the checkout page, according to the selected delivery address.

From the dispatch date the package will be delivered within 03 working days (Note: It can take longer with your location) Usually, it takes 24hrs to dispatch an order.

Orders placed over the weekend gets dispatched on Monday.

  • How can I track my order?

Along with the order fulfilment email you will receive a tracking code for Citypak couriers; by visiting their site or using this link (Citypak - Tracking) you will be able to track your order.

  • Is my package lost?

If your order is delayed and the tracking has no updates, there’s a chance your package was lost by the carrier. In this case, you can contact our Online store team to find the best solution.

  • What are the edits that can be made?

It is possible to edit the address in the order before dispatch.
